The press release states that tickets for AFC Wimbledon are restricted to 1 per person. Is it possible for somebody to purchase tickets for more than 1 supporter if they have the relevant information such as supporter number for each ticket?

One season ticket holder can get another 3 seasaon ticket holders tickets.
