Sunderland game

town have nothing to lose as they face a premiership team ,for some players this will be there first time where they play in a big stadium, i cant see many Sunderland fans turning up for this .
a factor for town will be in what MM wont from this game, it is a chance to play a full strength team and go for it or will he try some of the players who have not featured yet , town have nothing to lose so that might let them play with some freedom a win under the belt will have helped as well.

all credit to town for holding there own against a premiership team, whilst town were put under sustained pressure Sunderland did not create that many chances, our keeper made a number of crucial saves.
Town had a better second half unfortunately to many moves broke down from poor distribution in the last third, we had a number of corners but too often they were catching practice for the Sunderland keeper , in the 83rd minute Sunderland scored from a quick counter attack .
this was a tough game i hope it has not taken too much out of the players for the Gillingham game. some concern as El Abd limped off
